However in the event of any mishaps including but not limited to unauthorized returns or fraudulant purchases, not due to shipping times or actual colors or damages, we regret to inform that the expenses including but not limited to travel, attorneys or court costs, are expenses that will be incurred by the customer and not  Exceedfurniture Fashions Inc.
